Doctor :   and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp.

Doctor :   Exercise regularly as it reduces tension
Doctor :   Warm up slowly

Doctor :   If all other medcines and methods fail, the you can consider options like acupuncture

Doctor :   Try to take more B vitamins in your diet in general, like whole grains
