User :   I have had diarrhea for 2 days now, but there was no pain yesterday. I somewhat frequently get diarrhea so I was not worried
User :   today I ate some sushi for lunch, with some caffeine. shortly after that i began to get stomach pain, which has increased quite a bit.. the diarrhea remains. I am in a lot of stomach pain right now, and I'm becoming worried
