User:i wanted to know how we can improve our immunity in general, i tend to catch cold/throat infections a bit frequently compared to others

User:i also frequently have stomach infection when i eat food in restaurants and other places outside
User:frequeny of cold/throat infections is about 7-8 times a year
User:past 1-2 years i have been having stomach ailments when i eat food in restaurants

User:no, have'nt taken those tests

User:not really
Doctor:Yes the frequency is higher than normal

User:are all fruits good in enhancing immunity .......i am not sure of fruits like black grapes, sapota, banana...... i know that the citrus fruits have lot of vitamin C
