User :   Hi This is Smitha
User :   I have two queries here. i stay in bangalore. I have a 3.6year old daughter

User :   My first query. My duaghter is getting cold very often. she got the cold in June and then got fever and then its became a chest congestion (like brochitis).she was under antibiotics also.

User :   Now she got this cold from today agisn.but its not running nose. difficult in breathing, like nostrils closed
User :   i have given her T-minic syrup
User :   she wont get this running nose, and sputum s thr, when i ask her to blw her nose
User :   thats white in color

User :   why she is getting this cold often? coul dbe the climate issue?
Doctor :   Does she have fever also?
User :   no she don ehave fever today...but its always turn into fever after 2 days
User :   dont have fever
Doctor :   In June were her investigations like Blood and Chest X ray done?
Doctor :   Does she have any other problem other than this?
User :   she had this UTI coul eof times whenevr she gt fever, i take the urine routine test and it will be 3-4 pus cells,but after the fever it will be normal an dher white blood cell count also will be more this time.....then docot told could be because of the infection ...

User :   I hae not tried chest x-ray that ok to take it for 3.6yr old kid
Doctor :   Urine infection and chest infection are not co related.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Children do have UTI very often
Doctor :   Yes a 3.6 year old child can have X ray done.
User :   is that WBC is high because of the infection at that time?
Doctor :   If she has regular chest infection get her X ray done once, to see if there is any persistent infection
Doctor :   Yes it denotes infection in any body part.
Doctor :   Also may be her immunity would be low which causes her to catch it again
Doctor :   Seasonal changes is also one of the reasons for cough
Doctor :   1)The body should be kept warm - especially the feet, chest, throat and head
Doctor :   2)Give half a teaspoon of ginger juice with half a teaspoon of honey, three times a day (morning, noon and night)
Doctor :   3)Give fruits like apple, Banana, cucumber daily.
Doctor :   4)Also increase intake of citrus fruits like oranges, lemon which contain Vitamin C, it helps in increasing immunity
User :   she got this cough last time (July) and she will cough this every morning and threw up..since its coughing in empty stomach only a web like sputum( d noo i am crrect in explaining here) come happend daily morning for quite long time,then docotr told could be allergic and gave an medicine to give it daily night,,,then its gt subside.

User :   can i give milk and banana or bananan and apple together...means following to one?
Doctor :   Also there is lot of pollution in Bangalore so it is very common to have allergy in children here.

User :   My father is diagnosed with AAAAAAA cardia, he got leak in one of the valve also

Doctor :   What symptoms is he having?
User :   he is 62
User :   giddiness, low pulse rate(went up to 45)

User :   spmething like sinus AAAAAAA cardia

User :   yea he got that 24hrs ECG kind test last week

User :   we have not got the results
User :   he is very tensed now, and i asked him to come down to bangalore fo further checkups or opninion.could you please suggest some cardiologist here?
Doctor :   Bradycardia can be due to various reasons as Heart disease, Hypertension, Malnutrition, Heart tissue degeneration as a result of aging
User :   could you tell me the risks associated with this? or any particluar precautions should he take now
Doctor :   Without proper examination and investigations nothing can be ruled out.

Doctor :   Brdycardia can be sometimes asymptomatic and lead to serious problems also if not treated depending on the symptoms and cause.
User :   Oh ok
Doctor :   Since it causes insufficient oxygen supply it can be serious sometimes.
