Doctor :   ok. you have all symptoms suggestive of acute gastroenteritis=acute infection of GI tract

Doctor :   I recommend you to go ahead with an examination by your doctor to make sure there are no other problems. you will also need a stool routine and culture test to identify what is exactly causing the symptoms
