Doctor:For good health it is preferable to use a mixture of oils.
Doctor:It needs to contain good amounts of polyunsaturated and mono unsaturated fatty acid.
User:how good is olive pomace oil?
Doctor:Saffola which contains mixture of ricebran, soyabeen, sunflower and groundnut oil can be used.
Doctor:Olive oil is also equally effective.
User:is there a huge difference between extra virgin olive oil and pomace olive oil?
Doctor:Canola oil is next best.
Doctor:Yes, there is a difference between pomace and extravirgin in the amount/content of fatty acids.
Doctor:However in terms of health, you can still use pomace olive oil.
Doctor:In simple terms, it is best to use mixture of olive oil and soffola.
