User :   I spent the last 2-3 days dealing with what I assumed was food poisoning due to vomiting and diarrhea, headaches, bodyaches, about 24 hours after a sushi meal. Today I am noticing numbness and tingling that started in my left hand and arm and my right hand, but appears to be on most of my left side now, including my hip and leg. Any idea what may be going on?
