User :   i have had flu-like symptoms for the past 5 days which is one thing but i am concerned because the left side of my neck is swollen
User :   and my throat is swollen and it is painful
User :   i can feel a lump on the left side of my neck
User :   and it is slightly harder to breathe as a result
