User:i am 29 yr old male
User:i have been suffering from flu like symptomes for about 3-4 days now. however its not proper cold

User:the nose is not runny but it felt like flu only with little discomfort in throat.

User:feeling tired/feverish

User:waking up in the morning is difficult because of pain in thorat and flu like feeling
User:no however my friend advised me to have allegra 180
User:and i had taken 2 doeses on 2 nights
User:i have some phelgm in morning but its not runny
User:its like cold without runny nose and very less congestion
User:infact lost my voice in the morining
Doctor:It seems that you got a milder form of viral.
User:also have taken cinarest yesterday
Doctor:Both allegra and cinarest are anti-allergic

Doctor:It is not very effective for pains

Doctor:The usual dose is 500 mg 4 times a day
User:u tell me what to take and in what dose?
Doctor:If you do not have fever then you may discontinue dolo
Doctor:Instead you may take brufen 200 mg 2- 3 times a day
Doctor:Also take only one anti-allergic at a time as it may cause side-effects.
Doctor:Take anti-allergics before sleeping
User:ok which one?

Doctor:Actually I think cetrizine is better
Doctor:As it causes less drowsiness
