Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Let me read the query.
User :   hello
User :   ok have fun
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
User :   k
Doctor :   Biopsy and histopathological findings are more often most diagnostic tool of investigation.
Doctor :   However, if there is still a doubt regarding it, you can take a second opinion from a different pathologist regarding it.
User :   im okay with it not being lymphoma for sure but csf? seriously
User :   and for 2 years is that even possible
User :   i read that with csf the nodes hurt mine did not and were fixed
User :   what would ur advice be?
Doctor :   One of the clinical pictures of cat scratch disease is persistent lymphadenoapathy which can persists for months.
Doctor :   The other symptoms may or may not be present.
Doctor :   However this condition is diagnosed by investigations alone.
Doctor :   Since a biopsy was suggestive of this disease, a doctor cannot go against it, unless there is a sufficient proof against this illness.
Doctor :   Hence if there is a doubt regarding this, a second opinion of the biopsy sample be done.
User :   not sure biopsy showed it actually think he is just suggesting it
User :   are the nodes hard non moveable and fixed in csf
Doctor :   Usually they are tender and not fixed in the case of Cat scratch disease.
User :   ok anywhere i can reashearch more on this that u find good
User :   what else would cause fixed hard non moveable nodes
Doctor :   This condition is diagnosed based on the investigation findings alone, since this has been for a long time.
Doctor :   Fixed hard, non movable lymphnodes are seen in other chronic infections such as tuberculosis.
