Doctor :   ok
User :   he is 20 year old, he is having asthama since childhood, since last few weeks he is having lot of attacks
Doctor :   what medication is he on?
User :   he complains heavy head ache while attacks, this never happened. is this due to strain in breathing during attacks?
Doctor :   does he have any fever?
User :   yes, he had 3 days ago, he is fine now. but he is still having cough & still complains head ache, i gave him Disprin, after disprin he feels ok.
Doctor :   does he have a nose block?
User :   yes,
Doctor :   when he coughs- is he bringing out any phlegm? if yes- what color is it?
User :   there is one more problem, his body shape (at chest) since childhood is little inwards, so he had this breathing problem since childhood
User :   color of cough is deep yellowish and greenish type
Doctor :   ok- what medication is he on?
Doctor :   k
User :   Not on regular medicines.. Usual medicines, inhaler only & sometimes whenever fever, crocin & disprin etc.
Doctor :   see- his yellowish/ greenish flem- indicates an infection
User :   he is otherwise fine, but his condition get worst whenever there is an attack :(
Doctor :   that infection will keep on triggering recurrent attacks- unless it is treated
User :   any suggestion to prevent this infection?
Doctor :   he might be having sinusitis which is the focus of the infection- and the cause of the headache- disprin will only give symptomatic relief
User :   oh...
Doctor :   he will need a complete physical examination first- and may need a chest x-ray as his problem has been there for the last few weeks
Doctor :   which area of Bangalore are you in?
User :   I'm in my hometown xxxx these days, I will come back Bangalore in April...
User :   Actually my grandfather is also a Doctor but he is not in my hometown these days, I tried to reach him but he was unreachable, so I connected my cellphone to my desktop to come online and get suggestion from HCM... I was little worried about my brother's headache... :(
Doctor :   Can you give me a call on - 0000-0000- It would be better to discuss this on the phone
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   see- he will need a course of antibiotics - which it is better to start immediately
User :   Sure, I will call you after my internet session.
Doctor :   ok
User :   Any antibiotic, actually my hometown is 40kms from xxxx, it is a small town called xxxx. Can u suggest me any medicine so that I can get it here or from xxxx
Doctor :   give me call- as I cannot prescribe that online - I will let you know over the phone
User :   I doubt, I will be able to get it here in my hometown. It is a small place, only 2 medical shops here :(

User :   sure sir, thanks very much for your help :)
Doctor :   welomw
Doctor :   bye for now
User :   one more question
Doctor :   sure
User :   it will be great if you can suggest me any center and cost of my brother's chest opeartion. his shape is chest is very inward, i think he is having breathing problem because of this.
User :   it is almost a semicircular cavity kind of in middle of his chest
Doctor :   ok- see your brother will need a physical examination before i can suggest anything for that-
User :   oh
Doctor :   when was the last time- you took a chest x-ray for your brother?
User :   around two year ago
Doctor :   has he always had this depression in his chest?
User :   yea, since birth
Doctor :   ok- that is unlikely to be the cause of his asthma then-
Doctor :   it may be a sternum( the bone in the middle of the chest) deformity
User :   oh
Doctor :   are his chest movement alright if he does not have an attack?
User :   yes, everything is fine. i have a feeling he might be getting more breathing problem because of this as he is growing and there might be congestion due to that deformat area in his chest.
User :   i was just wondering is this kind of deformity can be be cured of a small operation or some other medical treatment?
Doctor :   see- if it a depression only- plastic surgery will be required - if the movements of the chest are being restricted due to it( unlikely) an orthopedic and plastic surgeon will need to operate
Doctor :   it is more likely to be cosmetic
User :   oh
User :   any idea how much this kind of surgery might cost?
Doctor :   if you can send me a photo- that will be a great help
User :   i dont have a photo now, i might take one and i will email AAAAAAA will it be fine.
Doctor :   sure- that will be fine
User :   thanks sir for all these information :)
Doctor :   welcome
Doctor :   call me when you are free- for the prescription
User :   it was really helpful, really it is great to use such service from my village :) will be great agar aap log ise poore india ke liye open kar denge to... :)
Doctor :   thanks xxxx
