Doctor :   give me moment i am going thru your query
Doctor :   may i know your age and gender please
User :   My Age is 26 and i am female
Doctor :   ok let me explain to you what happening here .. now when we defecate it causes a series of reflex by the two sphincters in the body
Doctor :   the external anal and the internal anal sphincter
User :   ok
Doctor :   now as the feces come from the bowel
Doctor :   it causes the stretching of the bowels
Doctor :   and what you are doing is exactly what the feces does , that is stretching the wall of the external sphincter
Doctor :   causing it to relax so defecation can take place
User :   ok
Doctor :   your way out would be to just stop doing so . sure you might feel constipated , but over time as the abdominal pressure builds up the feces are pushed down and you will be defecating normally
Doctor :   it will take time as you have to let your body get used to it
Doctor :   but thats the only way
User :   Any other suggestion u would like to give dr.
Doctor :   no thats about it and it will be cured
Doctor :   it will take some time
User :   I mean i have tried many times but i have failed. And it's hard to tell someone about this problem.
Doctor :   i can understand
User :   Any diet plan?
Doctor :   how many days have you gone by without doing so />?

Doctor :   a diet rich in fiber or taking metamucil in the night will aid its building pressure
Doctor :   it might take more than 2 days
Doctor :   was were having abdominal pain ? after 2 days ?
User :   no?
User :   i mean no
Doctor :   then you just need to hang in there
Doctor :   the pressure will cause and do the same effect what your finger is doing
User :   but it feel gastic if i do that much days
Doctor :   you need to give it a try
User :   ok so i will try
Doctor :   yes and dont worry you can reverse it
Doctor :   you just need to let the body do its natural way
User :   Ok
User :   I am having one problem Dr.
Doctor :   tell me
User :   I am suffring from Hyperhydrosis.I get sweat on my palm and my feet
User :   I am suffering this since my childhood
Doctor :   and have you taken any medical treatment for it ?
User :   No matter what is the weather i mean cold or warm it is going on
User :   I have gone to many Dr. But they all said there is no cure of it
User :   Can u help me out
User :   ?
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   well let me tell you what are your options
User :   ok
Doctor :   as there are medications
Doctor :   Drysol is more commonly used as the first-line topical agent. Drysol should be applied nightly on dry skin with or without occlusion until a positive result is obtained, after which the intervals between applications may be lengthened. To minimize irritation, the remainder of the medication should be washed off
Doctor :   Systemic agents used to treat hyperhidrosis include anticholinergic medications, but then again they have side effects so usually not followed by the patient
Doctor :   there is botulinum toxin injection
User :   So is This Drysol easily available in mkt
Doctor :   it is a prescription medication
Doctor :   you can see a dermatologist and get it prescribed
Doctor :   In palmar hyperhidrosis, if you take botulinum toxin it results in anhydrosis lasting 4-12 months
Doctor :   Each injection produces an area of anhydrosis approximately 1.2 cm in diameter. The only adverse effect is mild transient thumb weakness that resolves within 3 weeks.
User :   k so what would like to prefer ?
Doctor :   for that you need to discuss these options with a dermatologist
Doctor :   i can only guide you within in expertise as a general physician
User :   ok
User :   Thanks for your help doctor i will go for Drysol
Doctor :   your most welcome
Doctor :   take care of your self
User :   And i will do as u have said
Doctor :   your feedback is always appreciated
