User :   HSG shows i am having right fimbrial blockage (fallopian tube - right) , trying to conceive but failing.

Doctor :   Yes, TB of the fallopian tube -= causes PID (pelvic inflammation and as a result infertility
User :   few are asking me to go for lasproscope and DN.
User :   I am scared of this.

User :   by doing laproscopy will the doc be able to identify if the reason?
User :   by undergoing laproscopy will they be able to identify the reason for the block?

Doctor :   if the severity is high, then, the chances of natural pregnancy is very low,

User :   My husband count is also little low,
User :   he is under maxoza-L daily.
Doctor :   you can get a MRI OR ultrasound done, which will show the extent of blockage

User :   I am working as a software engineer.
User :   For IVF, should I be admitted in the hospital.
Doctor :   but, in IVF, the sperm and the multiple ova, are fertilised and then placed in the uterus, for normal pregnancy

User :   should I be in complete rest throughout my pregnancy in this case?

User :   since left fallopian tube is not blocked, can I try for some more months or i as I am aging I should go for IVF?
User :   they passed some liquid in the uterus and took the x-ray
User :   not sure abt the name of the test.

Doctor :   its the hysterosalpingogram as i had said
Doctor :   since its been 4 yrs, you can try for a 6 more months
Doctor :   and if not sucessful then, you can go for IVF
User :   ok.
User :   I want to know the success rate of IVF.
Doctor :   but , Getting a MRI done would be useful, to know, what extent the block is
