User :   2 weeks ago I was int he ER
User :   for extreme abdominal pain

User :   Was given Bentyl and sent on my way
User :   things have improved slowly
User :   how ever I have developed a fewver again tonioght

User :   they told me i had a stomach bug for the most part
Doctor :   May i know your age? Do you have any other symptom like abdominal pain, cough, cold or sore throat?

User :   no more diaherra either
User :   everything seems fine with that
Doctor :   Is there any other symptom present? DO you have increased sugar, BP or cholesterol?
User :   sugar was alittle high the other day but that was it

User :   i did have a elevated white blood cell count at the ER

Doctor :   Elevated WBC's indicate any kind f infection in body which can be present in any case.
Doctor :   1)Take Tab Tylenol every 6 hours.
User :   ib profin ok?
Doctor :   2)For cough take Syrup Benadryl 1 tbsp twice daily
Doctor :   No ibiprofin would more help in relieving the bodyache.
Doctor :   3)Do salt water gargle three times a day.
User :   what are the chancesof something like this being more serious like an apendix, hiv, cancer related?
Doctor :   4)Take steam inhalation thrice daily.
Doctor :   Why are you thinking of such serious diseases? Its just a day that you had fever and there are no other symptoms as explained by you.
User :   I get worked up easy heh
Doctor :   Are you still having severe abdominal pain? In appendix you have severe right sided abdominal pain. HIV is associated with many other symptoms with long term persistent fever.
User :   no more abdomional pain at all
Doctor :   Cancer also has loss of weight and appetite vomiting, long term incurable fever etc.So no need to worry. It may be just some viral infection.
Doctor :   5)Take proper rest and have good diet with lots of fruits, veggies

Doctor :   Simple viral or bacterial infections take 3 to 5 days to be normal.

Doctor :   No it cannot be as such otherwise abdominal pain would still have been there
Doctor :   Yes it could be gas or some food related also
