User :   Hello Good Evening. My son is being treated for knee joint bone tubuculor. His fever is not curing. Please advise how long will it take to cure. He is suffering from 14th June ' 2010 and being on ATT w.e.f : 26th August 2010, Which was stopped by Doctor's on 26th October'2010 due to increase in SGPT level. W.e.f 27th Oct'2010 Streptomycin IM inj is given daily, along with Combutol 1000, Solonex 300 mg,Tab Zanocin 400 ( OD), Doxy 100 mg. Still he is having regular fever ranging from 96.3 Degree Fah to 101.2 Degree Fah

Doctor :   But he is protected from physical damage by using braces and bed rest

User :   What is MRI / bone scan. I was advised for this at early stage by one of the doctors but went on confirmatory / switched to specialist. there it was not advised.

Doctor :   It looks at how much daamage is happened
Doctor :   but we know the diagnosis
Doctor :   So it depends on ur treating physician
