User:I have little fever, cough and body pains
User:I vomited in the night many times
User:and came fulgam out
User:so now the caufing is less
User:but i still have fever

Doctor:The symptoms you describe suggest upper respiratory tract infection which is usually caused by virus.

Doctor:Good rest, plenty of fluids, fruits and vegetables will help you to recover fast.
Doctor:So if it is possible to apply for leave, you should consider it.
Doctor:Any way, you can take tab. calpol 500mg thrice a day for fever, body aches and headache (if you get it).
Doctor:And drink lot of fluids.

User:okay I usually take migranal for headache
User:and for cough
Doctor:Migranil is effective in reducing headache and vomiting. And I do not want you to abuse, you may develop resistance to it.
Doctor:Tab. Calpol would be sufficient in this case. You can take it three times a day for round the clock protection.

Doctor:If headache becomes as severe as your migraine attack, you can consider migranil.
Doctor:Cough is part of the infection and will subside as the infection is gone.
