User :   ive gotten a fever, keep coughing up phlem, im real dizzy, very weak and im freezing cold

User :   i have not seen a doctor no insurance and ive taken buckleys and Excedrin

User :   any over the counter remedys?
Doctor :   1. Use tylenol tablets as and when you have fever.
Doctor :   2. Benadryl syrup one teaspoon twice a day for a week
Doctor :   3. Increase water consumptions (atleast 2 litres per day is essential)\
