Doctor :   The shortest cycle minus 18 days=1st day of fertile period. The longest cycle minus 10 days= last day of fertile period.
Doctor :   The longest and shortest in the last 6 months.
User :   you mean 8 to 10th day
Doctor :   During this period either sex is either avoided or done with a barrier like condom.
Doctor :   Eg if your shortest cycle is 25 days
Doctor :   then 25-18=7
Doctor :   is the first dsy of the fertile period

Doctor :   28-10=18
Doctor :   is the last day
