Doctor:How can I help you?
User:hello doctor...
User:few hours back my wife (27) had slipped her leg and fell backward, now she is suffering with severe pain around her hips..
Doctor:Is she able to walk?
Doctor:Is there a swelling at the area affected?
User:she is having her periods also, she is bleeding too
User:she can walk slowly dr..
User:i think no swelling dr..
Doctor:If she is able to stand and walk with no serious troubles, then I don't expect serious complications
Doctor:however without an opportunity to physically examine the site and without X-rays
Doctor:it is impossible to rule out subtle injuries or fractures.
User:she is having pain more on the left side buttock region near tail bone
User:yes dr, she can walk without support, but very slowly she is handling herself...
Doctor:At this point time, I would suggest her pain killers like ibuprofen 400mg and lie down.
Doctor:If the pain is not bearable
Doctor:to visit a local doctor for clinical examination to rule out subtle fracture or blood collection (hematoma).
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:yes dr..
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:so dr, u say that it is necessary to have an x-ray..
Doctor:I say, that she needs to be seen by a doctor.
Doctor:Clinical examination can pick up features of fracture or hematoma collection.
Doctor:X-ray and investigation should be planned only after clinical examination.
Doctor:Pain killer and rest that I suggested is only a temporary solution now.
User:ok.. right now i have dolo 650 and imol plus, is it possible to have any one of these at this moment dr?
Doctor:If no fracture or hematoma is found, then the same will be continued for few days to week
Doctor:She can use Imol Plus tablet for now.
Doctor:But plan to take her to a doctor whenever feasible.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:ok, daily twice?
Doctor:Yes, twice daily is the recommended schedule of treatment.
Doctor:Do you have any other query?
User:No doctor and thank you very much....
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
