User :   Offlate i have been feeling tired and energy less at certain times of the day... i have a suspicion that i could be that i have diabetes... any suggestions on how i can confirm before proceeding to a check up

Doctor :   The usual symptoms in diabetes would increase thirst, increased frequency of urination, and frequent micturition in the nights.
Doctor :   Some people do present with unknown weight loss.
Doctor :   For diagnosis of diabetes blood sugar levels in fasting and 2 hrs after food has to be checked.
Doctor :   If these tests doesn't confirm then glucose tolerance would be done to confirm diabetes.

User :   here's the problem... i always have outside food and i do try to have meals at regular intervals...
