User:I am fine, thank you

User:for the past 1 week, I have a heaviness feeling in the backside of my head
User:it is not really a headache, but head feels heavy.
User:when I lie down, I can sense a bit of uneasiness
Doctor:Only one side of the head is affected or both sides?
User:only the back side
User:i think in the center specially
Doctor:Does it get worse in the evenings?
User:yeah. usually I sense it when I am trying to lie down.
User:also at times in the morning after waking up
User:note that in the past 3 months I had significant weight loss on account of dieting and work-out
User:recently I increased my running activity..substantially.
Doctor:Any kind of redness in the eyes or discharge from nose?
User:let me check the eye
User:no redness and discharge from nose
Doctor:Does this get better when you eat something?
User:I did not realize that.
Doctor:There are 2 things I am thinking of XXXXXX
User:when I bend my head even now, I can sense slight pain
Doctor:First, it can be tension headache
Doctor:Second, it can be due to low blood sugar and over exertion
Doctor:Is there a lot of stress that you are experiencing?
User:I stretched hard for my running training
User:I increased my running regimen last week
Doctor:No mental stress
User:usual. but I do work long hours
User:last week there was less sleep
User:on few nights
Doctor:There are a few things that need to be addressed
Doctor:First, you will need to eat at regular intervals
Doctor:So every 3-4 hours, you should be eating something
Doctor:Second, have plenty of fluids especially ELECTRAL when you are exercising a lot
Doctor:Take 1 XXXXXXX of ELECTRAL and mix with 1 litre of water
Doctor:This needs to be taken within 24 hours

User:ok. actually I was diagnosed with high sugar around 5 months back

User:yes my workout regimen started with that.

Doctor:If you are exercising more, see a physician and get a diet plan made for yourself

User:ok my case was actually impaired glucose tolerance

User:ok.. I thought after weight reduction and balanced diet.. my glucose levels became normal

User:ok fine. I understand that. I will keep the balance
Doctor:You should be doing cardio for 50 minutes and some weight training
Doctor:It needs to be done regularly
Doctor:also, a suitable diet needs to be designed
User:Yeah I was doing for an hour only.. But I started to run around 5 kms on the treadmill
User:that was the exertion
User:I was training for a marathon

User:so headache is a sign of low blood sugar?
