for the past 1 week, I have a heaviness feeling in the backside of my head
it is not really a headache, but head feels heavy.
when I lie down, I can sense a bit of uneasiness
Only one side of the head is affected or both sides?
only the back side
i think in the center specially
Does it get worse in the evenings?
yeah. usually I sense it when I am trying to lie down.
also at times in the morning after waking up
recently I increased my running activity..substantially.

no redness and discharge from nose
Does this get better when you eat something?

There are 2 things I am thinking of XXXXXX
when I bend my head even now, I can sense slight pain
First, it can be tension headache
I stretched hard for my running training
I increased my running regimen last week
No mental stress

last week there was less sleep
on few nights

my last fasting and post prandial were very normal
