User:i did not made a check for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems
User:and sorry but d doctor gave medicines without d wrapper and keeps d prescription with him
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:Symptoms of anxiety, shivering, increased body temperature are seen in an overactive thyroid condition.
User:what can be the reason...
Doctor:It is possible that you could have this hyperthyroid/overactive thyroid condition.
Doctor:It needs to be checked and treated accordingly.
User:and do i need to make a thyroid checkup with a doctor or are there any precautions?
User:ok...for the time being can you suggest something...
Doctor:Hyperthyroidism occur due to unknown factors. Studies relate them to genetic, nutritional, autoimmune and abnormal growth conditions.
Doctor:Therefore I would urge you to get this checked.
User:ok...thanks a lot..
Doctor:You could do a simple blood test known as thyroid profile - Serum T3, Serum T4 and TSH check you.
User:anything else you would like to say..
Doctor:This test will rule out the condition.
Doctor:If thyroid problem is excluded, then the next possible cause could be (as your doctor suggested) anxiety.
Doctor:The cervical pain may not be related and can be dealt independently by an orthopedician.
Doctor:You may need X-ray and few test to isolate the cause.
User:i consulted so many doctors..for various problems, almost everyone said that you are having a lot much stress on your brain..think lesser
Doctor:Yes, physical and mental stress have lot of influence on the brain which in turn cause plenty of symptoms.
Doctor:However I would consider this as a possibility only when I exclude thyroid disorder first.
Doctor:If your thyroid profile test shows abnormal results, that need to be corrected.
Doctor:You can plan this simple test at your convenience.
Doctor:Have you followed what I suggested?
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:no..not right now..if i do..i will consult again :)
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me
Doctor:Bye for now.
User:bye doctor..thankyou..
