also...i think i have cervical problem..so my neck portion is very much stressed and stretched..
it aches my head a lot..
bt my brain was felt as numbed while having medicines...so i stopped consulting d doctor..
what to do..
i have to have PCM with me all d tym...
You have reported multiple symptoms. I will need some elaboration to understand the relation.
d doctr to whom i consulted..said that the symptoms are of anxiety
You mentioned you have fever on most occasion - can you clarify what this means.
i do have all the reported symptoms..
my body temperature is above normal...according to me...
but as i do not have thermometer with me..so i do not know the exact measure..
Since when have you noticed high body temperature?
it is high right now..
and i feel it occurs when i am stressed..or i am in AC
Are these symptoms continuous or intermittent in nature.
whenever my mind is not relaxed...i find myself ill
these are continuous..
i try to keep myself happy as d last doctor...& almost every doctor suggests..but i can not be happy all d tym..
I am sure you did not mean that the symptoms is only for today; therefore may I know since how many weeks/months/years the increased body temperature was felt?
people calls me defected piece as I always have one or the another thing...
and if there is nothing..there will be fever...
Now about shivering - when does it occur?
i did not know how did that came from...
Do you shiver at rest or when you try to pick something or when you stretch your hand?
it happened day before yesterday
and while i was resting on my bed with my eyes closed
You mean it was noticed day before yesterday right?
my mother asked me the reason for it..and I did not know that
and yesterday too...i noticed the same..while having dinner
Does it shiver when you put your hand outstretched?
Does it shiver when you try to pick a glass?
i was at my ease..
first..when i was trying to sleep..and second time when i was having dinner
Is the shivering only seen in your hands/fingers?
*I mean was it only your fingers that shiver?
the neck portion aches...
Can you grade the intensity of pain in a scale of 1-10 (1 - the most mild pain and 10 - the most severe pain you have ever had)?
and its like stretched or strained
as it causes severe headache
Does the pain radiate down to your hands?
Do you feel weakness/numbness/pin and needle sensation of hands?
yes...my hands also pain...and to that extent that i could not move them
yes...they sometimes get numbed
May I know your age?
How is your appetite?
*age and gender?
gng to be 25 soon..
appetite is normal..
And your current weight and height?
Have you lost or put on weight recently?
height is around 5 feet and half a inch
weight is 52kg
i had put on..
i was 48
* I apologize for asking so many questions; but these details help me understand your symptoms better.
and it seems i must be 1-2kg above 52 since i weighed myself
May I know if your periods are regular?
Do you sweat a lot?
recently some irregularities were noticed..
no i do not..
What medications were suggested to you?
there were just 4-5 days delay..that never happened...
so i just waited..did not have medications
May I know what medications was given for anxiety? I would like you to name them if you remember it?
i did not made a check for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems
and sorry but d doctor gave medicines without d wrapper and keeps d prescription with him
Let me brief you.
Symptoms of anxiety, shivering, increased body temperature are seen in an overactive thyroid condition.
what can be the reason...
It is possible that you could have this hyperthyroid/overactive thyroid condition.
It needs to be checked and treated accordingly.
and do i need to make a thyroid checkup with a doctor or are there any precautions?
ok...for the time being can you suggest something...
Hyperthyroidism occur due to unknown factors. Studies relate them to genetic, nutritional, autoimmune and abnormal growth conditions.
Therefore I would urge you to get this checked.
ok...thanks a lot..
anything else you would like to say..
This test will rule out the condition.
If thyroid problem is excluded, then the next possible cause could be (as your doctor suggested) anxiety.
You may need X-ray and few test to isolate the cause.
i consulted so many doctors..for various problems, almost everyone said that you are having a lot much stress on your brain..think lesser
Yes, physical and mental stress have lot of influence on the brain which in turn cause plenty of symptoms.
If your thyroid profile test shows abnormal results, that need to be corrected.
You can plan this simple test at your convenience.
Have you followed what I suggested?
Do you have any questions?
no..not right now..if i do..i will consult again :)
Thanks for consulting me
Bye for now.
