User:I am feeling quite feverish from yest but no temp, backpain and fatigue, kindly advise if if i can take a crocin or something, i just want to close my eyes and sleep
Doctor:May I know your age?
User:not sure if am coming down with fever and feelin anxious
Doctor:The symptoms you describe could be early symptoms of viral infection.
Doctor:You can take 2 tablets of crocin 500mg twice or thrice a day
Doctor:depending on the severity of pain.
Doctor:In addition
Doctor:I also want you to do the following:
Doctor:1. Drink plenty of fluids.
Doctor:2. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Doctor:3. Monitor the progress of symptoms.
Doctor:In case you develop high grade fever,
Doctor:sputum producing cough,
Doctor:burning sensation while passing urine
Doctor:increased urination
Doctor:or skin rashes
Doctor:these needs to be reported to a doctor.
Doctor:In such cases, other cause of infection needs to be investigated.
User:no cough and cold as of now, sometimes feel extrmely cold, bangalore weather is also quite cold at the moment very chill. no uti or skin rashes, just a mild headache and back pain
