User :   yes or exercise
User :   i just want to know why my eyes look and feel strange when im anxious, because it makes me feel mad
Doctor :   well you see that the body does react when there is a imbalance, i would like you to undergo a physical examination with your GP including a blood pressure check up.The eye movements and the feeling of strangeness is the way your reflexes are responding
Doctor :   we are more concerned here regarding your dizziness
Doctor :   also a ear exam is also required in your case
Doctor :   panic does causes symptoms related to imbalance
Doctor :   we need to pinpoint the exact cause
Doctor :   so that you can be treated accrdingly
Doctor :   as from your history you have told me that it only happens when you are in a panic attack
Doctor :   so we know the trigger
User :   to be honest i feel that i will get fobbed off with the cause being anxiety
Doctor :   dont worry you need to stay calm
Doctor :   next time . try to sit down immediately if you are feeling anxious and take deep breaths
Doctor :   dont let this feeling linger on
User :   i just feel that i cant make eye contact now if this is what is happening to me
Doctor :   dont worry , you should not think about it , like i said just get a physical examination done, and dont let this bother you
Doctor :   you need to stay positive
User :   okay thank you
Doctor :   your most welcome
Doctor :   take care
