User:during office hours generlly or while travelling I feel a little breathless and start breathing heavily
User:i do smoke
User:and occasionally
User:also a social drinker
User:i have red meat
User:i do not have a bad medical history
User:so what could this be
Doctor:It seems to be respiratory tract contriction
Doctor:But I need more details about your symptoms to be able to narrow down to a diagnosis

User:well disturbed sleep
Doctor:Why is sleep disturbed?
User:not sure and hence want to know if these are connected

User:yes some one told me that if you feel uneasy or breather heavy
