Doctor :   Fatty liver, also known as fatty liver disease (FLD), is a reversible condition where large vacuoles of triglyceride fat accumulate in liver cells via the process of steatosis(accumulation of fat in liver)
User :   I have removed my Gall Bladder in 2008 & taking control of diets.But liquor is not very often

User :   I have grey hairs but as per report my liver has slightly enlarged & that's how they say its "fatty Liver"

User :   It was done on 11th June'10
Doctor :   Regular exercise can help people with fatty liver improve the liver a lot.

Doctor :   Eating healthy balanced diet and increased physical activity are the main recommendations for this.
Doctor :   Even a daily brisk walk of 25 to 30 minutes would be great.
Doctor :   Do you take alcohol?
Doctor :   3)Avoid having high carbohydrates diet like rice, sweets, white bread.
Doctor :   4)Avoid alcohol.If you follow the diet and do regular activity fatty liver can be cured and prevented.
