User :   this is a recent change, & i think it is because of improper diet...

User :   i recently joined a gym, & after couple of days was not able 2 continue, because of the same reason...
User :   age - 24, occupation - service (sedentary lifestyle)

User :   no
Doctor :   Since when are you experiencing the problem ?

User :   i think after joining the gym....
User :   initially it was good, but then started feeling fatigued...
Doctor :   Ok , were you feeling fatigued soon after working out or it is present all the day ?

User :   i discontinued the gym for a month, but hv joined is present all day, but the impact is maximum in the morning, immediately after gym
Doctor :   I consider your problem is related to irregular gymming

Doctor :   Better way to Stop or start working out in gym would be after 1 to 2 weeks of stretching exercises prior to starting or stopping gym work out

User :   i need to be regular with stretching before gymming?
Doctor :   Yes , you got it right
Doctor :   stretchin worm up exercises will make your muscles relaxed so that they can bear weight stretching in gyms

Doctor :   Hence you have to prime your body first by worm ups before and after gym

User :   i mainly feel fatigue after cardio session - especially treadmill, & sometimes unable to maintain balance
Doctor :   I would suggest you to start from less time less speed and day by day gradually increase the duration and speed

User :   ok, & i was told that stretches & abs sould be done after workout....
Doctor :   yes,as i told before, its advisable to do both before and after
Doctor :   Try to exercise only those muscles that want to grow in size. The whole point of body shaping is to shape certain parts of your body, keeping others the same. Use light weights, and do specific exercises that are targeted to a specific part of your body.
Doctor :   Something as simple as a 2 hour walk can be more effective than 30 minutes of a vigorous work out. So, only do it if you really enjoy it! Don't do it to lose weight because it won't help you a lot.

User :   not eaxctly, im more concerne with loosing fat in specific areas....
