User :   I have bloating effect in the morning and after ever meal. this causes stress in breating. I have checked my BP and it was 140/90. heavy blurbbing is there. My weight is 75 KG and height is 5.11. Waking up in the morning is so difficult, its tired and body pain is there. My age is 33 and I am a vegeterian, non smoker and non-drinker. my legs are tired eventhough I come in car. Please let me know anything I have serious. I cant be active as I was 3 years back.
