User :   my wife had fatigue for 12 hours difficulty move ,it could be heart attack sign?

Doctor :   Fatigue can be due to various reasons as any allergy, infection, anemia, sleep disorder, stress or can accompany any other disease.
Doctor :   It can also be due to low electrolytes.
User :   she suddenly felled tired from 12 hours i want to know if i should call emergency
Doctor :   If she does not have any other associated symptoms like heart pain, breathlessness or fainting it is not an emergency
