User :   tired 1-2 month, nose is fine, more dry cough

User :   do you normally split the exam in 2 parts, first heart, lungs, lymph nodes and so on and last step breast exam?

Doctor :   HEENT: I will look for eyes
Doctor :   In your case ENT exam is not required
Doctor :   Then go to hear and lungs
Doctor :   I will hear the heart sounds and any murmurs
Doctor :   Then listen to lungs
Doctor :   Then examine the abdomen
Doctor :   And then examine hand and feet
Doctor :   Here in the HEENT: I forgot to tell you neck examination
Doctor :   If Breast examination is required, I do it last
