User:Provisional Diagnosis: h/o fall onto a glass object and injuring her right cheek at around 6:00pm in the evening, EXPLORTION AND NERVE REPAIR+SKIN CLOSURING FIR EXPLORTION AND NERVE REPAIR+SKIN CLOSURING
User:Dr. i am now worried abt her scar on the chin
Doctor:Was the surgery done by a plastic surgeon?
User:yes very much
Doctor:I don't think that you have to worry much about the scar.
Doctor:The plastic surgeon would have taken maximum care to prevent the scar formation.
User:he is asking us to use 3m tape and nothing has been advised
User:for any cream or anyother advice
Doctor:That is fine. Scar formation mainly depends on the suturing procedure.
User:he said he has also put micro suter were every required
Doctor:There is no cream that prevents scar formation.
User:but i can see the cut very clearly on her check
User:and what about consulting dermatolgist
Doctor:The XXXXXXX disappears only after healing. Until that the cut would be seen.
Doctor:There is nothing to be done until the wound heals.
