Doctor :   hi
User :   Hello,1 week ago I jumped out of bed and I thought I was having a heart attack, I drove myself to the ER and they told me it was a panic attack. Now I have anxiety, nervousness, starting to have phobias, mental confusion, faintness. It seems as though when I go outside I am having a fear of the sky, I have been an outdoorsmen for all my life, I look at the mountains and I get light headed and panic. I am 37. I have gone on extensive trips by myself and am somewhat a survivalist. It seems as though now, in one week, I had a hard time driving because I was getting bewildered at the sights around me. What do you think, I am shocked. I am going through some things that are stressfull, and life changing. I eat very healthy but may be lacking in something.
