User:may be past 2 months, yes (since this is one of my peak seasons at work), but have been loosing hair a lot since last 8 months

User:I walk 1.5 km a day, mostly sedentary at office though
User:Breakfast: Idly/ vada; Lunch: rice or fruits mostly; Dinner: sometimes roti/ rice or fruits

User:I do skip my lunch often (especially past 2 months) but am ensuring I have a good portion of fruits

User:I noticed that my weight remained the same past 3 yrs(at 45-46 kgs) but, lately i have noticed that my waist size is 32 and not 28. But my weight still remains 45kgs?
