I am having a lot of hair loss
have been loosing since last 2 yrs, but lately I see its more

may be past 2 months, yes (since this is one of my peak seasons at work), but have been loosing hair a lot since last 8 months

what about the dietary habits and exercise?
I walk 1.5 km a day, mostly sedentary at office though
Breakfast: Idly/ vada; Lunch: rice or fruits mostly; Dinner: sometimes roti/ rice or fruits
what about dal/sambhar/protein
I do skip my lunch often (especially past 2 months) but am ensuring I have a good portion of fruits
thats not good enough
twice a week I have Dal
once a weak I ensure a leafy vegetable
I think an extremely poor diet is a major cause XXXXXXX
Do you get hard water at home
eat egg every alternative day
not sure about the water :(
what about other things like coloring your hair, blow drying, straightening
also, do you have dandruff?
no..may be once in 6 months

about 6 or 7 years ago, a doctor diagnosed me with psoriasis
You need to have a boiled egg every day in breakfast
for lunch, dal everyday
some protein everyday
paneer/nonveg/dal/soya whatever you like
second, 3 katoris of vegetables every day
and 1-2 fruits everyday
apart from that
try washing your hair with water that has been boiled and then cooled
also only use very little shampoo
like 3-4 drops
and only that much conditioner
will shikakai help
1-2 times a week
a oil massage
I dont know about shikakai
its only a cleanser
another thing is the methe seeds you get in the market
soak overnight and grind to a paste
you get it commonly
and if the hair loss still persists
you can use Anaphase shampoo by Ducray
should i apply the paste on my scalp?

I will be relaxed to know its only becoz of diet
I noticed that my weight remained the same past 3 yrs(at 45-46 kgs) but, lately i have noticed that my waist size is 32 and not 28. But my weight still remains 45kgs?
would that mean I am loosing my bone weight?

Given your diet
Its not unlikely that you would be running low on calcium
so add a cup of milk and curd everyday anyway
