User:Hello doctor
User:I have been experiencing pain in my upper back since he past 2 days
User:sometimes the back of my neck also pains
User:today i had slight pain near my left shoulder also
User:but now always
User:is it anything related to the heart
User:any tests that i need to do
Doctor:Can you describe how severe the pain was on a scaled of 1 to 10? (10 being the most severe pain you ever had)
User:the shoulder pain - 2
User:neck pain is quite constant - 5
User:and back pain also 5

User:36 years female

User:im perfectly alright otherwise
Doctor:Do you have generalised weakness?
Doctor:Does the pain radiate down to the fingers?
User:no..except today morning...
Doctor:Do you have history of diabetes/hypertension?
Doctor:The pain you described is most likely related to spine or muscles.
Doctor:It does not sound something from the heart.
Doctor:I would suggest you to rest well and perhaps apply topical pain relieving agents.
User:do i need to check cholesterol?
Doctor:If the pain persist for more than 5 days, you can visit your local doctor for evaluation.
