User:I have been experiencng neck and back pain since last three months

User:I was advised exercises by my orthopedic with massage of volini
User:now the pain levels are much lower

User:not a regular feature, but when i have the pain, cant eat

Doctor:most likely your pain could be due to tension headache or Migraine
User:what should i do
Doctor:both have precipitating issues , like stress, and over work
User:do i need to take any tests or medicine
Doctor:with respect to the pain, you can take a CROCIN tablet, 2-3 times a day, when you have such kind of pain
User:my mother had migraine so I thought I would ask. Is it hereditary?
Doctor:you can also take a combination of aspirin and crocin, when the pain is severe and unbearable

Doctor:but common lifestyle pattern, living conditions, methods of handling stress can cause the condition, to appear in the kin of patients
Doctor:first and foremost, you need to do meditation, for 30 mins a day, in the morning , so that you can handle stress better
