this is regarding my BMA ( Body mass analysis) done recently
they said i have very less muscle mass
but lot of fat
recently i have been experiencing leg aches
if i stand for more than 10 mins
is it because of that

morning during weekdays i have breakfast around 8 am
usually idli, dosa, sandwiches
lunch at 12PM
12 to 12.30
dinner mostly at 9 PM
end of meal i sometimes eat an XXXXXXX
weekends we usually end up eating outside
i feel bery less strength

yup, i have sit for long hours
on some sofas or cushions i cant sit

Leg aches most commonly is due to tiring of the muscles.

It can be due to many other causes like back pain, vein problems etc too.
Sometimes cramps may occur due to electrolyte imbalances.
Firstly, you should have adequate food to carry out your works through out the day.
Drink plenty of water. At least 2-3 litres per day.
Regular exercise to strengthen the muscles.

i regularly walk
Brisk walking daily for around 40-50 mins will help.

how do increase my muscle mass
You can also do some exercise particularly for your legs.
Weight bearing exercises in gym also does the same.
Other than these you will have to take some protective measures.
Maintain a good posture while walking, standing, sitting and lying.
Do not sit in the same position for more than 45 minutes.
Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
