User:this is regarding my BMA ( Body mass analysis) done recently
User:they said i have very less muscle mass
User:but lot of fat
User:recently i have been experiencing leg aches
User:if i stand for more than 10 mins

User:yes sure
Doctor:Please mention your age, height and weight
User:i am 26 years of age, 54.5 Kg, and about 159 cm
User:around 5'3 i guess
Doctor:Ok. Let me see through your condition.
Doctor:Can you tell me about your diet?
User:morning during weekdays i have breakfast around 8 am
User:usually idli, dosa, sandwiches
User:lunch at 12PM
User:12 to 12.30
User:dinner mostly at 9 PM
User:end of meal i sometimes eat an XXXXXXX
User:weekends we usually end up eating outside
User:i feel bery less strength

User:yup, i have sit for long hours
User:on some sofas or cushions i cant sit
Doctor:Does the pain from back radiate/travel to your leg?

Doctor:Leg aches most commonly is due to tiring of the muscles.
User:usually one leg
User:how should i overcome
Doctor:It can be due to many other causes like back pain, vein problems etc too.
Doctor:Sometimes cramps may occur due to electrolyte imbalances.
Doctor:Firstly, you should have adequate food to carry out your works through out the day.
Doctor:Drink plenty of water. At least 2-3 litres per day.
Doctor:Regular exercise to strengthen the muscles.
User:what of exercise
User:i regularly walk
Doctor:Brisk walking daily for around 40-50 mins will help.
User:hmmm ok
User:i do that
User:how do increase my muscle mass
Doctor:You can also do some exercise particularly for your legs.
Doctor:Certain aerobic exercises like sit-ups improves leg muscle bulk.
Doctor:Weight bearing exercises in gym also does the same.
Doctor:Other than these you will have to take some protective measures.
Doctor:Maintain a good posture while walking, standing, sitting and lying.
Doctor:Do not sit in the same position for more than 45 minutes.
Doctor:You can also do some stretching of limbs in between work.
Doctor:Include more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Doctor:Are you following me?
Doctor:By these measures, your condition should improve.
Doctor:If your condition does not improve after all these measures, you will need to get a check up done by an orthopaedician.
