User :   I am experiencing a time distortion. I am not sure how to explain it except that everything seems to be going in fast forward. It is like I am loosing a millisecond every second and so it skips. Talking is normal, i am thinking normal, but everything i am seeing people, animals my own hands are fast. It has been going on for a day and a half. What is going on? Should I schedule an appointment?
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
Let me read it
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
Since when are you facing this issue?
User :   last night for me.. so it has been a full night and day
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
How was your sleep?
User :   I slept good. I am a little behind on my hours. My husband and i thought that could be it and decided to go to bed early tonight to see if it helps
Doctor :   What I can interpret from your chat is that you feeling like you are loosing time every second, Right?

User :   yes
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
Why has it been like this, any urgent work/target?
User :   no nothing. i have nothing urgent right now. its the weekend so we have been relaxing but for some reason everything seems to be moving really fast.
Doctor :   Ok

User :   not really fast. just faster than normal
Doctor :   Would you mind a run?
Doctor :
Running as an exercise
User :   Oh no
User :   i can run
Doctor :
The reason is mind is always fast
Doctor :
and body slow
Doctor :
when mind becomes very fast, the control can be done
Doctor :
by pacing the body
Doctor :
It has a very good inverse relationship
Doctor :
which is helpful in a way to overcome such things
User :   ok. so if I go for a run, it could help. And if I go for a run and it doesnt then i should go in?
Doctor :   I will tell you

Doctor :
Now again you are in a hurry
Doctor :
Not running only
Doctor :
but it is good
Doctor :
Do some physical exertion for around 20-30 mins
Doctor :
If possible even 2 times daily
Doctor :
That will help you slow down the mind and get back the things to normal
Doctor :
Now, have you slowed down a bit?
Doctor :
Haha
User :   Ok. haha
User :   thanks this helps!
User :   i was worried!
Doctor :   Try relaxing with some deep breathing exercises as well

Doctor :
Read humor books, if you like
Doctor :
Even books on spirituality will do
Doctor :
I hope I am clear
Doctor :
and not confusing you
Doctor :   AAAAAAA are you there?

User :   yes. sorry i was relaying back to my husband
Doctor :   Ok, no problem

Doctor :
So do some physically exerting activities
Doctor :
and mental relaxation like music, deep breathing/meditation, good sleep, books, a movie, anything which you prefer
Doctor :
If you love a game like tennis, it is also best
Doctor :
Do not get confused
User :   it is 11 at night here and very cold. i can try to do some now, like run in place or something but i wont be able to do anything really good until the morning. I will certainly give it a go!
Doctor :
Try anything among these and you will be benefited
Doctor :
Not just now
Doctor :
You can do it later as well
Doctor :   like tomorrow

Doctor :
Make it a way to relax yourself
User :   I will. I should be excersising more anyway. This is a very good reason to start agian.
Doctor :
Right now, deep breathing I would recommend
Doctor :
Yes, it is a good reason to keep yourself physically and mentally fit
User :   ok. thank you very much for the help.
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?
