Doctor :   Forward Bend stand straight with legs wide spread.
Doctor :   Keep your hands up straight and then bend down forward and touch the floor with your hands, without breaking your knees, then return back to your original position.
Doctor :   Yes ate this age you can give it a try since you can add few inches by the next 4 years and after that you may not be able to get taller
