User :   Hello doctor, I am 28 yr female in 21 st week of pregnancy .Residing xxx xxx.
For me all scans are until wht I need to do everything is normal. But I am not feeling any moment. How I need to sleep per day.? Is there any tips get normal delivery?

Doctor :   There is nothing to worry about,
Doctor :   fetal movements are often identified late when you are in your first pregnancy.

Doctor :   You will start feeling them in a couple of weeks or so. As all the scans are normal, there is nothing to worry about.

Doctor :   That is a common finding. I suggest that you try to sleep as much as possible as
Doctor :   a pregnant woman needs 8=9 hrs of sleep at night along with additional short naps during the day.

Doctor :   So, I suggest that you sleep at night in a quiet dark room and also take afternoon or evening naps.
Doctor :   If you want to go for a normal delivery, there are a set of exercises called Kegel's Exercises which will enhance the tone of your pelvic muscles during delivery

Doctor :   Regular household work can also be done as long as it is not
