User :   I am in my 10th week of pregnancy, was browing through your site, needed more help on the type of exercises I can do
User :   as of now for the past 2 months, I have stopped any mode of exercise

User :   no, i lead a completely sedantary lifestyle with a desk job

Doctor :   As you are not doing any physical activity
Doctor :   so you will need to start very slowly considering pregnancy
Doctor :   now i will tell you some specific exercises

Doctor :   you can start with walking
Doctor :   alternate day stationary cycling
Doctor :   1-2 days in a week for swimming for atleast 15 minutes
Doctor :   the idea is to start with less exhaustive exercises

and at the same time there should not be any chances of injury or fall

Doctor :   so you should never engage in exhaustive exercises especially those which carry danger of fall or some injury
