Doctor :   Hi.
Doctor :   How can I help you?
User :   Hi Sir
User :   Could you please review my previous chat sir
User :   Which I had with you five days back and it is decided to chat today to clarify certain things
User :   Are you there sir
Doctor :   Yes.
Doctor :   I am here.
Doctor :   Please proceed with your query.
User :   I just asked some doubts about my leg pain and Dr asked me to day, hence could you see the my chat which I had about 5 days back whcih will give you full details sir
Doctor :   I have your chat details with me.
User :   Then can you advise me sir
Doctor :   I had mentioned to you that the leg pain that you may be having is probably due to nerve stretching/compression - described medically as radicular pain
Doctor :   The stretching and compressions are usually located at the back rather than the legs.
Doctor :   Hence the treatment is to be directed to the back.
Doctor :   My comments were purely based on your history alone.
Doctor :   A detailed back examination by a doctor can confirm my opinion.
Doctor :   If this condition is ruled out, other possible causes that can explain such leg pains are
User :   yes sir
Doctor :   1. Pain secondary to vascular(blood vessel problems)
Doctor :   2. A psychological pain described in medical terms as fibromyalgia.
Doctor :   The treatment of the radicular pain and fibromyalgia is related, however a vascular pain treatment is different.
Doctor :   Hence the first step in treating this problem is to consult a spine surgeon/orthopedician for the cause of this pain.
Doctor :   Are you following?
User :   yes sir
Doctor :   The treatment of the problem is by pain relieving medications which the doctor had prescribed to you.
User :   Yes sir I have been to the Dr and he told me he did not find any probelm and prescribed me the TAB PREGAMET 75MG and asked me come again if the pain not gone
Doctor :   Apart from those medications, you will need physiotherapy and back strengthening exercises.
User :   As i mentioned though I have not knowing reason for this pain is this stretching and compressions will happen due to the physical acitivity in the motorised machines which explained in my chat
User :   Sir I am doing like lifting leg and rototing leg since few days
Doctor :   Continue with them.
Doctor :   Those are few of the back strengthening exercises.
Doctor :   You can add a few more exercises to that slowly.
Doctor :   A trained physiotherapist can recommend you the best exercises.
Doctor :   you may consult a physiotherapist, who will guide/recommend you the exercises which you can follow.
Doctor :   Apart from this also avoid lifting heavy weights.
User :   sir, what about motorised machines whether can I continue with them or any side effect from them?
Doctor :   Apart from those, brisk walking every day can also help to some extent
Doctor :   A few of those exercises help such as the ones that you mentioned lying on it and it moves left and right.
Doctor :   I am not sure if the vibro machine that you mentioned will be helpful.
Doctor :   Instead of all these machines,
Doctor :   self exercises recommended by the physiotherapist are better
Doctor :   as they are active exercises
User :   yes sir
Doctor :   which will help in strengthening much better than these equipments.
User :   okay sir thank you
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   no sir thanks a lot
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Bye for now.
