I am doiong pilates and am wondering if this could prevent implantation from happening or if it could have any other negative effects.
User :are you there?
Doctor :   yes,
Doctor :   I do not consider the pilates can anywhere affect the implantation
User :   even though it is a strong abdominal workout?
Doctor :   i do consider , but only positions which rise the intraabdominal pressure st avoid them,
