User :   since its sweaty, and if i am in a colder environment.. my palms get unuassually cold...

User :   i do not have any of the above issues..

Doctor :   Excessive sweating of the palm/sole is described medically as palmar hyperhidrosis
Doctor :   This condition occur due to autonomic nervous system problem.
User :   oh..ok...
Doctor :   The cause for this autonomic nervous system abnormality is most often attributed to genetic factor.
Doctor :   Occasionally certain medical conditions such as hyperthyroidisms, cushing's syndrome, diabetes and so on\
Doctor :   are known factors that can contribute to this problem.
User :   i guess i might get dibetic since its genetic in my family..
User :   esp. maternal side..
Doctor :   Cushing's syndrome is an illness commonly seen in children.
Doctor :   However thyroid needs to be checked.
User :   i ve not chekd it yet.. but my mom has that too..
Doctor :   If they are normal, then this conditions is treated symptomatically using anti sweat lotions.

Doctor :   Nasal congestion is a symptoms that is affected commonly due to multiple chronic problems.
Doctor :   While the most cause is allergic rhinnitis,
Doctor :   other factors such as vasomotor rhinnitis - which again is due to autonomic dysfunction is a cause.
Doctor :   Apart from this, previous nasal condition such as deviated nasal septum, sinusitis contribute to the symptoms.
Doctor :   To be frank, this is a condition that cannot be completely stopped.
User :   ok.. i think der is a slight block on my right nasal spectum... due to a bone growth
User :   due to wich i always have a 30-60% blocked nose...
Doctor :   There are various treatment options available such as preventing allergies, nasal drops, nasal sprays, steam inhalation, oral antihistamines, decongestants are available to control the symptoms.
User :   also, wen i sleep @ night my nose gets blocked... wat i do is sleep on side till the time the other nose gets blocked... and repeat the same...
