User :   I feel like i am always drowsy through out the day...,y work environment is night shifts and i work in night shifts for almost 4 years, very recently i am witnessing that i sleeping for more than 8 hrs, and even it continued to 12 hrs sound sleep, because of this i could not concentrate in my work, and i have been noticed by other while i am sleeping in side office which is creating a big havoc in my work envirnment, what is happening to me Dr. XXXX

User :   for about a month sir, in early stages i thought it was becasie of body tired that i am travelling for almost 40 Kms in a day, but now i am seeing it more as it goes by i am feeeling like sleeping once after taking my dinner at office
Doctor :   Ok, Are you been stressed out due to any other issues other than work ?
User :   Stress in the sense sir, please refer some examples sir

User :   Yes, a kind of
Doctor :   Actually a sleep of 10 to 12 hours is normal

Doctor :   if you are feeling drowsy even after having a sound sleep for the recommended time
User :   but after 12 hrs sleep again i am getting sleepy in my office
Doctor :   other factors like emotional stress and climatic conditions and food habits play a role

User :   normally i wont take too much of food, and i am almost vegetrian, and recent past my food habbits were not changed,
