Doctor:Hair just like any part of the body has its own life cycle and hair falling is normal part of hair cycle.
Doctor:We do not consider hair fall as a serious problem if the number of hair lost is not more than 100 and if there are no bald patches/hair line regression.
Doctor:Therefore what you have - hair fall while bathing and oiling is normal.
Doctor:However the can be factors such as dandruff, inadequate nutrition and dry hair causing split hair ends, dry hair and noticable hair fall.
User:hair has become very thin
Doctor:I suggest you to eat a healthy diet containing of plenty of fruits and vegetables, take tab. biotin once a day for 2-3 months and oil your hair frequently with plain cocunut oils or any other natural oils of your choice.
Doctor:In addition, sleep regularly and maintain your stress levels normally - by physical exercise, engaging in normal family and friend circle, yoga and meditation.
User:nd yes ... from front m experiencing that hair is becoming less & forehead increasing
Doctor:You can also improve dandruff issues by use of good antidandruff shampoos such as Nizoral or 8x shampoo.
User:but it dries the hair more
Doctor:Oiling the hair before shampooing and using a good hair conditioner to keep the hair moisturized will prevent hair drying.
User:Actually stress level is also bit high
Doctor:All these changes together are known to treat hair fall and hair dryness issue.
User:so what exactly must b done
User:nd how about weakness?
Doctor:You need to incorporate all these - diet and nutrition, biotin supplements (tab. Biotin or biotin forte), managing stress with physical exercise and good sleep, regular oiling and treating dandruff issues (if any).
User:Biotin wud not have any sideeffects na
User:coz my body is sensitive to tablets
Doctor:Since you also mention that your skin is dry and you had some menstrual irregularities, you can also get your thyroid functions checked with simple blood tests.
User:i get abdominal pain due to heavy dose
Doctor:done at a nearby laboratory.
Doctor:Biotin is nutritional supplement with no serious side effects.
Doctor:It will not cause any harmful problems.
User:ok
User:weakness ?
Doctor:Weakness and fatigue can be related to stress factors, inadequate nutrition/fluids and with some medical conditions such as anemia, thyroid problems and sugar levels.
Doctor:You can consider testing for these conditions - hemoglobin level, thyroid function tests and blood sugar.
Doctor:Treating any abnormalities will improve the weakness and hair fall issues.
Doctor:The pain in your hand and difficult to grip normally can be related to your job.
Doctor:People who are involved in computer/typing related issues can have such problems due to frequent typing.
User:any particular food which wud help instantly for weakness'
Doctor:If the pain is severe or if the weakness is very noticable, you should consider consulting a doctor and get your nerves checked.
User:ok
Doctor:If you meant weakness of the hands, then food does not seem to have any relation. Proper work ergonomics while working on computer / typing would be essential.
User:legs also
User:weakness is through out the body, but more on hands
Doctor:Most of your complaints may be related to your stress levels, improper work ergonomics and or the medical conditions that I described.
User:ok
Doctor:Without an opportunity to physically examine you, I am unable to pinpoint which of these factors could be the most likely causes.
Doctor:Therefore I suggest you to get those test done.
User:ok
Doctor:You can also consider visiting a general physician and get yourself checked to look for physical clues.
Doctor:Physical signs can provide more confirmatory findings to determine the cause and its treatment.
Doctor:While you plan your physician visit and investigation, you should incorporate the diet changes, stress management and biotin supplement as I explained earlier.
Doctor:You will be able to find some solution based on my suggestions.
Doctor:Have you followed?
User:ya
Doctor:Do you have any questions?
User:no, thanks a lot
Doctor:You are welcome.
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
User:bye.
