User :   no. She is playing normally.
Doctor :
ok.
Doctor :
Can you describe he symptoms?
Doctor :

Is the symptom only lack of sleeping or is t associated with vomiting?
User :   During night hours, she is not getting good sleep. She cries for some time. If i feed her milk she will normally sleep. But yesterday and today she is crying a bit more. When asked whether her head is paining?. she is saying yes.
Doctor :
Ok.
Doctor :   Head injury do not manifest after a week.
User :   ok.
Doctor :
The symptoms of head injury are immediate or within a day or two.
User :   Should I be worried about anything else.? Because, i am worried why she is not getting good sleep and crying.
Doctor :   Is the kid active today?
Doctor :
The commonest cause of crying is pain.
Doctor :
Have you tried any medication.
User :   yes sir she is active but from the day after her fall she was very dull and then normal. she is feeling little irritated after her sleep mostly in nights, she cries a lot

User :   she doesnt have cold or fever only crying
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   May i know the weight of your kid?
User :   14.5kg
User :   sir i am an dentist ,
Doctor :   You can give her Syp calpol (250/5mg) 5 ml syrup whenever she complains of pain.
Doctor :
The pain could be localised pain, not due to head injury.
Doctor :   have you followed?
User :   ok sir
Doctor :   Since you are a doctor i shall briefly explain in medical terms.
User :   yes sir, nothing else to worry know doc
Doctor :   Persistent head aches following the injury to head is the result of internal bleeding.
Doctor :
But since she did not lose consciousness and was asymptomatic for a week, the chances of head injury is unlikely.
Doctor :
Have you followed?
User :   yes sir
Doctor :
Ok.
Doctor :   So we shall treat her symptomatically with analgesics.
Doctor :   If she has no improvement with it you need to get her examined by the pediatrician for signs of ear infection.
User :   ok sir one last ques does she need any ct scan? just to erradicate any clot . I may sound worrying too much but we all are really tensed dr
Doctor :
As this is the second most common reason for exessive crying.
User :   ok dr
Doctor :
there is no harm in getting a CT Scan of the head to rule out the of head injury.
