User:I am an ex smoker (last 1 year no smoke)
Doctor:please proceed further
User:I have small black marks inside cheeck in outh for which i consulted ENT specialist in Fortis and he said this is due to smoke irritation and nothing to worry
Doctor:yes, this is due to smoke irritation
User:it ll be there permenently .. like that he said. pigmentation and small lesions
Doctor:infact due to tobacco accumulation there
Doctor:they are permanent
User:then now in the left side below the toungue there is some sticky surface
User:this is also same releated to that?
Doctor:Is it white in colour?
Doctor:then nothing to worry
User:same toungue colour but i feel some sticky surface and in night i feel no saliva in that surface below toungue and it is sticked to floor

User:but this sticky surface was not earlier... it only started recently a month ot two months ago.
