Doctor :   ok

User :   ?
Doctor :   please continue..

User :   well i wanted to know if its normal i thought i would start feelin better not worst
Doctor :   is there any redness over the skin there?

User :   nothing that seems out of the normal
Doctor :
do you have fever?
User :   no
Doctor :
Doctor :   so the pain has remained the same or has it increased from what was there on day one?
User :   it wasnt botherin me too much last 2 days but it was there if i touched it but right now it feels like day one
Doctor :   with five days of treatment it should have come down.

Doctor :
if you are not feeling better than it is recommended to undergo a ultrasound scan to rule out any abscess formation
User :   i have a follow up with urologist in 4 days should i wait?
User :   am i still connected here?
Doctor :   yes i can see your Query

User :   oh ok
Doctor :   i think you make it fast cause if it is abscess than the the course of treatment will change
User :   im sorry i dont understand
Doctor :   i mean you make it early to hospital because if it turn out to be abscess than the treatment what you are receiving is not sufficient
Doctor :   so you cant wait for the appointment which is 4 days from today
User :   ok i see what your saying
Doctor :   did you follow what i mean?
User :   yea i understand
Doctor :   so you need to consult urologist if not at least a general surgeon

Doctor :
get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum to rule out abscess formation
User :   yea im going to go to the emergency room tonight
Doctor :   yes

Doctor :
kindly let us know what is the result of you ER visit
User :   im sorry i dont know what i pressed
Doctor :   ok

User :   sure i have stomach pains too constantly having to go to bathroom
Doctor :   this is since when?

User :   well today
User :   more bowel movements than usual
Doctor :   this can happen with antibiotic use. cipro 500 may be causing it or well it may be part of the epididymitis also
Doctor :   since you are visiting ER today. all the problems will be addressed
User :   yes i just didnt want to go to E.r. again because i dont have medical insurance
Doctor :   but the situation is demanding to rule out an abscess in the epididymis as there is worsening of the pain even with treatment

User :   well the pain hasnt gotten worse it just really hasnt gotten better
Doctor :   with treatment it should have got better

Doctor :   as the organ involved is testis and epididymis risk cannot be taken
Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   yes im sorry
User :   thank you for your help
Doctor :
is there any thing else i can help you with
