User :   Hi, my daughter is 7 yrs old, and seems to have enlarged
circumvallate papillae
She had a fever 2x days ago that went to 101, but gone the next day, but throat was scratchy.. now today (3rd day) she has sore throat, but closer appears to be her tongue bothering her. Looking at the tonge her v shape bumps are all swollen up.
No odd things in her diet or allergies or anything unsual up to this point
Doctor :   hi
