User :   hi my 1 year old has elevated liver enzyme and i just got told her ALT is 145, my baby is healthy otherwise and eats fine. shes been poorly lately with gaesteritous, and has been getting a temperature at night times for the past 2 days but during day shes fine. plz can you give me more info on what this could be?
